Bringing to one place a depth of research and opinion that is not readily accessible or that may not have been converted for the language of business.  You may add your own perspectives and engage in dialogue with other clients as appropriate.  You may also choose to publish in to the HUBB ideas and content for a form of peer group review from outside of your organisation.
